Cream City Collaborative (C3MKE) was founded by a group of food service professionals who loved to go out together and talk shop... and mostly just commiserate about all the bad things that had happened that day.  At some point we realized that all of our foibles in the industry, and the conversations we had about fixing them, were the things that had made us, and our operations, as strong and successful as they were.
  
It was then we decided that we wanted to have a place where a bunch of friends could hang out and help other food service professionals who felt like there were lost at sea.

Where   we   are   now

 A group of us used to gather late ta night and bitch about work... that's how it started. 

​Eventually, we realized that we didn't know anyone in the business who wasn't overloaded, frustrated, and needed help - even if it was just with detail work, like costing recipes.  None of us were nuts (well, not in that respect at least), everyone had some thing they wished they could just hand off to someone else.

That's when C3MKE was born.

Today we are a group of individual collaborators who work under the auspices of Cream City Collaborative (C3MKE... it's a lot easier to say).  We help food service professionals in small and medium size operations with various independent tasks they'd rather not do, and we offer subjective, experienced outside advice for bigger problems or concerns.  You don't need to hunt around for a different place to set up your inventory, develop marketing materials, talk through a leadership crisis, or a myriad of other tasks... just call us, we'll find the person and set up the plan.

All the collaborators at C3MKE work in their own businesses, so they don't pressure you to add on services, or extend jobs beyond what is reasonable.  We work from all over the country, and never discuss clients outside of the organization, so all of our consulting services remain completely confidential. 

We give you time to focus on the dream while we manage the reality.
